**Role Summary**:
**Job Requirements**:

- Work closely with project managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders to conceptualize, design, execute, and iterate on comprehensive web solutions.
- Ensure development projects adhere to security, data privacy standards, SEO compliance, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership across all stages of the web development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and support their professional growth.
- A reliable internet connection for effective remote work and collaboration.

**Preferred Technical Proficiencies**:

- Front-end Technologies: Advanced expertise in React for dynamic user interfaces. Familiarity with Angular and Vue.js is beneficial.
- CSS Frameworks: Skilled in Tailwind CSS for crafting custom, responsive designs directly within HTML.
- Front-end Leadership Experience: Direct experience leading front-end projects,



with knowledge in back-end development (Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP) being a plus.
- Database and Cloud Services: Understanding of database management and cloud services is welcome, though the primary focus is on front-end development.
- Version Control and CI/CD: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
