We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to run and enhance our Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, boosting operations and client engagement. You will configure retail execution and visit planning, safeguard data quality, and deliver reporting that guides sales and market decisions. Responsibilities

- Configure and tailor the Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud platform, covering retail execution, visit planning, and order management
- Deliver specialized user support and run training focused on Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud features
- Maintain data accuracy and security by performing audits and upholding data quality for consumer goods operations
- Implement automated solutions for retail execution, merchandising, and promotions using Salesforce tools
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior
- Coordinate with IT and business teams to integrate Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud with ERP systems, supply chain management, and other applications




- Track Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud updates and roll out new features to strengthen business processes
- Enforce compliance with industry standards and apply best practices across consumer goods operations
- Spot process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives that increase platform effectiveness against company goals

Requirements

- Hands‑on experience with 3+ years working with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, the Salesforce platform, or comparable technologies
- Proven expertise configuring and tailoring Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities such as retail execution and visit planning
- Strong data management skills with emphasis on accuracy, security, and auditing practices
- Demonstrated ability to build actionable reports and dashboards to evaluate sales performance and market trends
- Solid background integrating Salesforce with external systems such as ERP and supply chain management platforms
- Working knowledge of compliance regulations and industry best practices within consumer goods operations
- Salesforce certification(s) related to administration or Consumer Goods Cloud
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper‑Intermediate) level or higher
