About the Role

Protocol Review Specialists provide customers with a 20‑minute pre‑scheduled phone call that follows a carefully scripted Pet Health Protocol Review. The goal is to help pet owners achieve their pet's health goals with lifestyle guidance and offer additional supplements that address specific challenges. The role is fully remote and requires a reliable tech setup.

The Problem We're Solving

Too many pet owners purchase supplements online but lack guidance on how to use them. Without our specialist’s support, pets miss out on better health, owners lose confidence, and our mission stalls. Your role turns a purchase into a transformation.

Your Responsibilities

- Attend pre‑scheduled calls and guide pet owners through tailored health protocols.
- Use the Permission‑Based Selling process to offer additional supplements that improve pet health.
- Close sales on 40–70% of calls and potentially generate $1,000‑$10,000 in sales per day.




- Receive daily coaching and use the company CRM and phone system.
- Work 20–40 hours per week with an adjustable schedule.

Compensation

This is a commission‑only role. You will earn 20% of the gross margin on every sale, with each sale ranging from $250 to $2,500. You can choose your desired earnings target; we’ll show how to achieve it.

Qualifications & Must‑Haves

- Passion for pet health and a strong communication style.
- Experience in the pet health field (e.g., vet tech, pet blogger) is a plus but not required; drive and willingness to learn are paramount.
- Tech‑ready setup: high‑speed internet (≥20 Mbps), fast computer, Zoom‑ready headset, and backup power.
- Self‑starter with excellent communication and genuine connection skills.

Schedule & Flexibility

You choose your appointment times. There are 8–18 scheduled calls per day, but you can book more if you close sales.
