At Cornerstone Global Partners, we are seeking detail-oriented and service-driven HR Operations Coordinators (Levels I, II, and III) with experience in the US Market to support our Client Delivery team. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day coordination of client accounts and workforce operations, ensuring seamless onboarding, assignment management, payroll alignment, and overall workforce experience.

⚡What you'll do:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and the workforce throughout onboarding and active assignments
- Coordinate onboarding, assignment activation, extensions, and offboarding processes
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across internal systems and client technologies (including VMS/MSP where applicable)
- Manage workforce communications, including start details, timecards, payroll inquiries, and general support
- Partner with Payroll, HR, and Account Management teams to resolve issues and ensure timely processing
- Monitor and audit assignment data, timecards, and approvals to ensure compliance and accuracy




- Handle escalations and sensitive workforce matters in collaboration with HR and leadership
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure alignment with client agreements and internal processes
- Provide regular check-ins and deliver high-quality service to both clients and the workforce

Additional Responsibilities (Mid/Senior Levels)

- Coordinate activities across Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Service Programs (MSP)
- Ensure alignment between client systems and internal platforms with 100% data accuracy
- Support Independent Contractor (IC) and AOR/EOR engagements, including compliance and documentation
- Provide guidance to clients on workforce processes, onboarding, and assignment management
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize workflows, and enhance service delivery
- Support complex accounts, escalations, and cross-functional initiatives
- Well-spoken bilingual with a B2+/C1 English level.
- 4-5 Years of experience in staffing, HR, or workforce coordination within the US Market.
- Experience with VMS/MSP environments and client-facing coordination
- Experience supporting complex accounts, IC compliance, and multi-system environments
- Strong understanding of workforce operations, onboarding, and payroll processes
