TAG performs Emotive Engagement and Connection Marketing services across the hospitality, luxury brands and products, fashion, retail and streamed media worlds.We’re looking for a full-time Software Project Manager to join our Collaborative Software team.This role involves owning the end-to-end delivery of our booking engine platform, coordinating engineering efforts, managing complex integrations (PMS, payments, channel managers), and ensuring we ship high-quality features on time in a fast-moving environment._____________________________________________________________________________________Mission & ResponsibilitiesProgram & Roadmap Management:Planning and Prioritization: Collaborate closely with the CEO and Head of Development to define, maintain, and continuously adjust a realistic product roadmap aligned with business priorities and technical capacity.Scope Management: Translate business requirements into clear technical scopes, ensuring proper prioritization and preventing uncontrolled scope expansion.Delivery Accountability: Own delivery timelines and ensure features and integrations are completed according to agreed commitments.Engineering Operations:Capacity & Resource Planning: Evaluate team capacity and align roadmap commitments accordingly.Balance parallel initiatives based on available resources and priorities. Anticipate resource constraints and proactively adjust planning.Delivery Metrics & Performance Tracking:Define and monitor key delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, lead time, throughput).Use data to identify bottlenecks, improve team performance, and ensure predictability and transparency in delivery commitments.Cross-functional Communication:Business & Tech Alignment:
Act as the main bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team, ensuring clear communication of priorities, constraints, and timelines.Reporting: Provide consistent and structured updates to the CEO and stakeholders on roadmap progress, risks, and blockers.Expectation Management: Set realistic expectations regarding delivery timelines and proactively communicate any changes or risks.Integrations & External Vendors Management:Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships and delivery timelines with external partners (integrations, payment providers, and development vendors).Integration Oversight: Ensure all integrations (PMS, channel managers, payment systems, and third-party tools) are properly scoped, tracked, and delivered.Dependency Management: Identify and actively manage external dependencies that may impact delivery timelines.Risk Identification: Proactively identify delivery risks related to technical complexity, integrations, or team capacity.Mitigation Planning: Define and execute mitigation strategies to minimize delivery impact.Incident Coordination: Support incident management processes, ensuring timely resolution and proper communication with stakeholders.Process & Continuous Improvement:Tool Ownership & Workflow Design:Define and optimize workflows within project management tools (Jira, Linear, or similar).Ensure tools reflect vigente team processes, provide real-time visibility, and maintain clean, structured,
and actionable backlogs.Agile Methodologies & Delivery Frameworks:Apply and adapt Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models) based on team and product needs.Define and continuously improve team rituals (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement).Ensure clear workflow management (WIP limits, cycle time, throughput visibility) and promote iterative delivery with continuous feedback and incremental value release.Personal & Professional skillsStrong organizational and prioritization skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple parallel workstreamsExcellent communication skills (technical and non-technical)High ownership and accountabilityAbility to challenge and push back when neededProfessional English (oral and written)Open to constructive criticism and dynamic environmentsTechnical & Professional Requirements3–6+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or similar rolesStrong understanding of software development processes and lifecycleExperience working with engineering teams (backend, frontend, APIs, integrations)Experience managing external vendors and third-party integrationsFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Linear, or similarExperience in hospitality, booking engines, or integrations (PMS, payments, channel managers) is a strong plus.Nice to haveExperience in hospitality tech, booking engines, or PMS integrationsExperience with payment systems or fintech integrationsExperience in fast-paced startup environmentsWhat do we have to offer?Excellent work environment and room for proposing improvements.Internet, healthcare and gym monthly reimbursements.25 days of PTO per yearBirthday off (with gift included).And more benefits!If you’re interested in working as a team and meet all the requirements, don’t hesitate to apply!
