We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with proven experience in the mortgage industry, with a commercial, analytical, or loan processing background, to support operational, administrative, and back-office processes.This role is idóneo for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven professional, comfortable working remotely and communicating directly with English-speaking clients.You will play a key role supporting loan operations and sales teams, ensuring efficient process execution and clear communication throughout every stage of the mortgage workflow.Please note: only applicants who strictly meet the required mortgage industry experience will be considered.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and operational back-office support in mortgage processesManage and control mortgage documentationData entry, process tracking, and file managementDirect support to loan officers, analysts, or sales teams throughout the loan lifecycleCommunicate with clients, partners,
