We are seeking to modernize bank technology by delivering a trustworthy, unique, and top-quality service.We want you to be part of a Team that is always in personal and professional growth, for this reason we are looking for our new Microsoft Power Platform DeveloperWhat do we expect from you?Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate in enterprise environments.B2 level of English because you will work hand in hand with our headquarters in Canada.Strong experience taking ambiguous business requirements and converting them into clear, maintainable technical solutions.Hands‑on experience supporting Power Platform solutions in production, including incident investigation and resolution.Solid understanding of Power Platform security, connectors, Dataverse, and environment management.Experience with quality assurance practices, including test planning, defect management, and UAT support.Excellent documentation skills with the ability to produce clear and structured technical and functional documentation.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues and propose effective solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with business and technical stakeholders.Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently without requiring constant direction.Experience acting as a technical lead or senior developer in small or growing teams is a strong asset.What will you do?Lead the design,
