ITC WORLDWIDE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance/SCM Technical Developer T3ITC WORLDWIDE busca un Desarrollador Técnico T3 de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance/SCM ágil y con experiencia.Responsabilidades principales / Primary ResponsibilitiesThe D365 F&O; Developer will be responsible for analysis, configuration, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM (Operations) system.Analyze, configure, and maintain D365 F&O; modules, workflows, security, reporting, dashboards, custom development, web portals, data integrations, device integration, and Power BI dashboards.Gather and define use requirements, provide user support related to the application, and develop Power BI dashboards.Create and maintain D365 F&O; environments, batch jobs, security roles, and business process workflows.Manage DevOps pipeline & tasks, code movement between environments, and code deployment from QA, UAT, and production.Collaborate with developers, integrators, and business partners for system enhancement and upgrades.Work with geographically dispersed teams to troubleshoot and resolve D365 F&O; issues.Monitor & fine‑tune performance of D365 F&O; instances, ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.Escalate issues, risks, and awareness, facilitate technical sessions, and support knowledge transfers (e.G., support transition).Support & troubleshoot complex integrations and data, program for support activities & small enhancements.Proactively learn and utilize new technologies, concepts, and procedures as appropriate to project requirements.Other FunctionsManage security components related to environment setup.Administer Microsoft Azure / Active Directory.Configure and administer SharePoint.Participate in SDLC: Agile & waterfall processes, quality assurance, testing, bug identification, and remediation.Problem‑solve, communicate effectively,



and support end users.Organize and handle multiple concurrent projects.Identify continuous improvement opportunities for assigned systems and processes.Maintain and manage system integrations to other internal and external systems.Interact with business analysts to design and implement new systems and troubleshoot existing systems.Assist in reviewing plans and monitoring testing execution.Skills and CapabilitiesFamiliarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; programming language X++ and its extensions (classes, tables, forms, queries).Understanding of integration services (DMF, OData, custom services, web services, BizTalk).Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET C#, and key frameworks.Experience on the Microsoft Azure platform (Service Bus, Logic Apps, PowerApps, Event Hubs, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure Data Lake).Proficiency with Azure DevOps.Agile methodology knowledge.Familiarity with all phases of the D365 F&O; software development life cycle using Azure DevOps and LCS.Experience with message services (SOAP/REST, XML, JSON, EDI).Knowledge of HTML5, responsive design, Azure SQL Server, SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, MongoDB, Cosmos DB.Experience with cloud services (Azure/AWS), version control, API technologies,
