Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimating Engineer -Civil & Infrastructure, to lead quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimating across our civil, restoration, and new/existing construction projects.



The successful candidate will combine strong technical estimation skills with practical field and project-management experience to produce accurate, competitive bids that drive Empresa confidencial's continued growth in the U.S. federal and state markets.

This role is based in Colombia and works closely with our U.S.-based pre-construction, project management, and operations teams. Daily collaboration is conducted in English.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for general construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment,
subcontractors, and overhead.
Perform quantity take-offs from civil, architectural, structural, hydraulic, and electrical drawings.
Analyze and interpret project plans, specifications, addenda, and bid documents.
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
Conduct scope reviews and identify gaps, conflicts, or inconsistencies in bid documents.
Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.
