- **Payment**:80 USD/day** + bonuses and incentives
- **Schedule**: Flexible - choose your own working days and hours

**What You’ll Do**

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Local Expertise**: Deep knowledge of Medellín’s landmarks, culture, and history
- **Languages**: Fluency in one or more of these**:Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Chinese, Portuguese**, etc.
- **Experience**: Prior guiding or hosting is a plus but not required
- **Flexibility**: Comfortable hosting tours from **3 to 8 hours**:

- **Food Enthusiast**: Hosting food experiences is a bonus
