Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Assistant based in Cartagena, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The role involves managing financial records, handling petty cash and credit control, and supporting accounting tasks. Additional responsibilities include assisting with daily operations,



maintaining effective communication with clients, and ensuring accuracy in financial practices to support smooth business operations.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of Credit Control and Petty Cash management
- Foundational knowledge and skills in Finance and Accounting
- Strong Communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration
- Organizational and attention to detail skills to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid environment with self-motivation and time management
- Familiarity with financial software and basic accounting tools is an advantage
- Previous experience in the hospitality or events industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
