We work in a hybrid model based in Medellín (onsite collaboration required at first, with a transition plan for remote work), and you will join a small, growing team where you report directly to the GRC lead (CISO / Head of GRC) and collaborate closely with the founders.

We are looking for our first senior technical security professionals to lead this function. This role owns security architecture, engineering, and technical operations, in close partnership with the GRC lead. The position will start as a contract role (6 months) with a path to become a full-time employee.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical cybersecurity function, including security architecture, engineering, and day-to-day operations
- Manage inccident detection, response, and post-incident remediation for security events
- Own vulnerability management, threat modeling, and security tooling selection
- Translate risk and compliance requirements into technical controls
- Establish technical security standards and best practices
- Act as the primary technical security authority and escalation point
- Balance security, risk, and speed to support rapid product development

Requirements:
- Fluent English
- 5+ years of technical cybersecurity experience
- Strong technical depth in areas such as cloud security, network security, IAM, endpoint security, and DevSec
