About the team

The Go-To-Market Team is responsible for driving awareness, demand,



and revenue growth for Formic's Robotics-as-a-Service platform. The team partners closely across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to generate pipeline, educate manufacturing leaders, and convert interest into long-term customer relationships.

Operating in a fast-moving startup environment, the team continuously experiments, refines messaging, and optimizes outbound and inbound strategies. Go-To-Market plays a central role in accelerating adoption of automation across SMB and mid-market manufacturers nationwide.

About the role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will serve as the front line of pipeline generation. You will identify, engage, and qualify manufacturing prospects, helping translate market interest into meaningful sales conversations.
