What You’ll Do:
As our new Recruiter, you’ll be in charge of discovering and bringing in the best talent to join the Salutem team. This role goes beyond just filling seats—you’ll be part of shaping our team and our future. Here’s what you’ll be diving into:
- End-to-End Recruitment: With 4+ years of experience, you’re no rookie. You’ll handle the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Talent Hunting: You know where to find top talent and are a pro at using recruitment tools and platforms to make it happen.
- Creativity in Hiring: We don’t want “just anyone”—you’ll think outside the box to bring in the best.
- ON - SITE ROLE in MEDELLÍN: Be where the action is This role is based in our Medellín office.
Requirements:
- Experience:4+ years in recruitment—no beginners here
- Vast knowledge of recruiting tools
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in the relevant field is required. (required)
