The Role

This is a pure business development position: find prospects, spark interest, qualify them, and hand them off to our closers. You won't be writing ad copy or managing social media; you'll be on the phone and in your inbox, building relationships with real buyers in the industrial sector.

What You'll Do
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, timelines, and purchasing processes
- Gather detailed product requirements to prepare clean handoffs for the sales team
- Independently research and build your own lead lists — not just work a provided database
- Maintain consistent follow-up to keep prospects moving through the pipeline
- Hit monthly targets for qualified opportunities generated

What We're Looking For
- 1+ years in sales, lead generation, BDR, or a client-facing role
- B2+ English (written and spoken). You'll communicate directly with U.S.based clients
- Comfortable making outbound cold and warm calls daily

Now we need someone to fill the pipeline.

The Details
- Hybrid - Medellín (2 days/week in office)
- Monday-Friday | EST hours
- USD $800-$900/month (based on experience)
- Commission plan available after performance review (within 6-month trial period)
- Health insurance bonus + permanency bonus
