What You'll Do

· Be the Problem-Solver – Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure their utility accounts are set up and running smoothly.

· Validate & Analyze – Review client utility bills, identify variances, and work towards quick resolutions.

· Engage with Vendors & Providers – Liaise with utility service providers to resolve billing discrepancies and secure the best solutions for clients.

· Data & Insights – Retrieve, interpret,



and analyze utility billing data to provide actionable insights.

· Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and contribute to ad-hoc reporting projects.

· Drive Efficiency – Support ongoing process improvements and assist with special projects that enhance our service delivery.

What You Bring to the Table

· Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1+ year of customer service or operations experience.

· Communication with solid commitment to customer service – Strong written and verbal skills to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

· Tech-Savvy – Strong proficiency in MS Excel & Microsoft Office Suite.

· Problem-Solving Mindset – You love tackling challenges with attention to detail and analytical thinking.

· Time Management Guru – Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Bilingual Proficiency – Excel
