Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile and proactive
Audiovisual Communicator
to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our multimedia presence, managing everything from high-quality podcast productions and live broadcasts to strategic social media optimization. The idóneo candidate blends technical expertise in audio/video editing with a strategic mindset for audience engagement and digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Podcast Management (End-to-End):
Oversee the entire production workflow. This includes strategic content planning, managing studio or remote recordings, professional audio editing, and distribution across all major platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.). You will also be responsible for analyzing listener data to refine our strategy.
- Live Transmissions & Webinars:
Take full ownership of the technical setup and execution of real-time broadcasts (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook). You will manage logistics for virtual events, including platform selection (Zoom, Google Meet), technical rehearsals, and post-event content packaging.
- Social Media Strategy (Trader):
Optimize and disseminate audiovisual content. You will handle content scheduling for maximum impact, perform A/B testing, and support paid social media campaigns (Ads/Boosted posts) to hit specific conversion goals.
- Community Engagement Support:
Assist in day-to-day audience interaction. You’ll monitor digital channels, moderate discussions, and respond to our community in a timely, brand-consistent manner.
What We Are Looking For
- A degree in Audiovisual Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proficiency in streaming software (OBS, Vmix, or similar) and audio/video editing suites.
- Experience managing paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues under the pressure of a live broadcast.
