Descripción

The role is responsible for administering and maintaining Salesforce Sales Cloud, configuring objects, flows, and validation rules, and collaborating with stakeholders as part of an agile delivery team. It aligns Salesforce capabilities with commercial strategies, supports integrations with external tools, builds dashboards and reports, oversees data governance and security, produces technical documentation, and provides Tier 2/3 support while driving user adoption and process automation.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Solution Architect,



strong expertise in Sales Cloud, and proven ability to design scalable solutions using declarative tools. They bring solid knowledge of Salesforce security models, integrations, reporting, and agile delivery frameworks, along with advanced English, a degree in IT or related fields, strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
