Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Medellín for an Asesor(a) Comercial Bilingue. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships,



and supporting commercial processes. You will also engage in sales activities, follow up with clients, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout all interactions.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales and Commercial Management
Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
Experience in Following Up with clients to maintain strong relationships
Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to tasks
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment in Medellín
Previous experience in a commercial or sales role is a plus
