Type: Full‑time hybrid (9am-6pm CST, Mon-Fri)

Overview

Acts as the "control tower" for client onboarding, managing operations, admin, and QA to ensure seamless transitions from sales handoff to launch. Relieves CSMs of executional tasks, tracking demo insights, scheduling, assets, follow‑ups, and readiness.

Key Responsibilities
- Review demo calls, extract insights (goals, budget, risks), and prep handoffs in CRM.
- Schedule/coordinate onboarding calls, maintain SLAs, reduce no‑shows.
- Track post‑call action items, follow‑ups, and progress from "Closed Won" to "Launch Ready."
- Manage gifting, process improvements, SOPs, final QA, and handoffs to teams.

KPIs

Time‑to‑onboarding/launch, task completion rates, QA accuracy, reduced CSM workload, error‑free launches.

Requirements
- 1-3 years in operations, client success, or project coordination (agency/fast‑paced preferred).
- Skills: Detail‑oriented, organized, multi‑tasker, proactive communicator.
- Tools: CRM (GoHighLevel), PM (ClickUp/Asana), Slack, Google Workspace.
