We’re looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team — someone with strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for matching great talent with great roles. Experience in tech recruitment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle end-to-end.
- Write compelling job descriptions aligned with company culture.
- Coordinate hiring and onboarding processes.
Requirements:
- Advanced English (B2 or higher).
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Familiarity with tech roles (preferred but not required).
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Boolean search.
- Strong communication, empathy, and adaptability.
