About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst Engineer with an analytical mindset and strong business acumen to join our Data & Growth team.
This role will play a key part in bridging data and business decisions, working closely with product, marketing, and growth teams to drive company performance through actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate business questions into analytical hypotheses and structured analysis plans.
- As the first data team member, establish the foundation for analytics and data processes within the company.
- Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Looker (or similar tools) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL.
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.




- Support marketing performance measurement, attribution modeling, and campaign analytics.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure a robust and reliable data infrastructure.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar technical roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure analysis with a business-oriented mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and transformation.
- Experience building actionable dashboards with tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Familiarity with AWS, PowerQuery, Python, DevOps, and databases (DDBB).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- English level: B1-B2 (intermediate to upper-intermediate).

Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Passion for data, experimentation
