Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Valledupar for an Elementary Math Teacher. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective math lessons for elementary-level students. Core responsibilities include evaluating student progress, designing lesson plans, implementing classroom management practices,



and fostering a positive learning environment. Additional duties may include collaborating with colleagues and participating in school events and meetings.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge and expertise in teaching elementary-level Math concepts
- Proficiency in preparing lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools
- Effective communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork in a classroom setting
- Proficiency in bilingual education (English and Spanish) is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field
- Teaching certification and prior experience in an educational setting preferred
