What you will be doing:
- Assist in the development of talent channels and the execution of tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns.- Implement modern hiring/recruitment methods.- Design, implement, and execute talent search strategies and initiatives with measurable outcomes.




Responsibilities- Proficiency in up-to-date recruitment techniques.- Experience in social media management and job sourcing.- Intermediate knowledge of conducting interviews.- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).-
- Experience managing ATS.- Experience with Linkedin Recruiter- Design, implement, and execute talent search strategies and initiatives with measurable results.- Develop a comprehensive and detailed talent portfolio based on tactical research, referrals, and talent search campaigns.
