We are currently looking for a German Englishspeaking Customer Service Sales Representative based in Colombia to join our team in a fulltime remote position.
This role is idóneo for a professional who is comfortable working with international clients, particularly Germanspeaking clients, in a structured and professional environment.
Position Details
Fulltime position
Monday to Saturday
800 AM to 500 PM Colombian Time COT
Remote work
Monthly salary 2,500,000 COP
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients in German and English via email, phone calls, and video meetings
Handle client inquiries and provide clear and professional guidance
Conduct consultations and followups with prospective clients
Present our services in a structured and professional manner
Support client onboarding and manage relationships
Coordinate internally with legal and tax teams
Requirements
Native or nearnative German required
Fluent English professional level required
Proven experience in customer service, client management, or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor and ability to handle international clients
Organized, proactive, and resultsoriented
Comfortable working remotely
