Bilingual Client Service Tax Specialist (Bilingual in Spanish & English)
Location: Medellín, Colombia
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-time position, PDT/PST Office Hours
About the role
Professionally handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and route them appropriately.
Respond to sales inquiries from prospective tax clients via phone, e-mail, text, and website chat using scripts and templates.
Process client intake documents, including contracts, power of attorney forms, and payment arrangements, with accurate data entry into our proprietary system.
Support annual tax prep efforts by organizing and distributing client communications, engagement letters, tax organizers, and billing updates.
Ensure high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and client service in every interaction.
Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive, client-first company culture.
Assist with special projects and confidential reporting as needed by management.
About you
AA degree or higher in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred – or 2+ years' experience in an administrative role within tax, accounting, legal, or financial services.




Highly tech-savvy, with strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A strong team player who also works well independently.
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take initiative.
A natural problem-solver who can meet tight deadlines with confidence.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, paperless environment, and committed to delivering outstanding client service and achievement.
