As a Carrier Sales Rep | Support, you’ll assist our Carrier Sales team by managing carrier communications, maintaining accurate records, supporting rate negotiations, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

You’ll play a key role in keeping freight moving smoothly and supporting the team in delivering excellent service to our clients.

Please keep in mind that this role is related to support.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in freight brokerage or carrier support

Strong communication and organizational skills

Detail-oriented with a solution-focused mindset

Familiarity with carrier networks and logistics processes

Requirements
1+ years of experience in freight brokerage or carrier support Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented with a solution-focused mindset Familiarity with carrier networks and logistics processes I work closely with carriers and internal teams to recover idle trailers, resolve on-site issues, and maintain smooth operations using various communication channels.

Additionally, I develop initiatives to maximize trailer utilization and reduce maintenance costs, contributing to a more efficient and sustainable operation.
