Compensation: 12,000,000 COP per month plus commissions

About the Role

We are hiring English-speaking Sales Representatives in Medellín to support our U.S.based digital marketing agency. This role is fully remote, with set business hours, and focuses on cold calling, lead generation, and closing appointments with U.S. businesses.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to U.S. businesses to introduce our services.
- Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM.

Requirements:




- Native or near-native English fluency (Americans in Medellín strongly encouraged to apply).
- Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM.
- Reliable internet connection for remote work.
