We are an international company looking for motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) agents to join our remote team as Openers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations and transferring qualified prospects to our specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm leads.
- Engage clients with professionalism and energy.
- Identify needs and connect them with a specialist.
- Meet daily and weekly transfer goals.
Requirements:
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Access to a computer, headset, and stable internet connection.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $4 USD/hour base pay + unlimited commissions.
- Weekly payments in USD.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM (COT).
- Saturday: 11 AM - 3 PM (COT).
