About the Role
We are seeking a DataDriven Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize multichannel paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Facebook Instagram Ads. This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys owning campaigns endtoend and making decisions driven by data, testing, and performance insights.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
Develop strategies aligned with brand, growth, and performance goals
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
Monitor KPIs CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions and optimize ROI
Run A B tests across ads, audiences, and funnels
Prepare performance reports and share insights and recommendations
Support remarketing, email marketing, and basic SEO initiatives
Required Skills Experience




35 years of experience managing paid media campaigns endtoend
Strong handson expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager GTM, and conversion tracking
Solid understanding of paid media metrics and performance optimization
Strong analytical skills and experience optimizing ad copy and creatives
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing
Detailoriented with a datadriven, testandlearn mindset
English level C1 or higher
