We are looking for a Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Online experience and fully fluent English C1 to manage financial records for U.S.based clients.
This is not an entrylevel role we are seeking someone with handson experience in bookkeeping processes, financial reporting, and transaction management in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks Online
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Categorize and code financial transactions with high accuracy
Track income, expenses, and financial activity across multiple accounts
Prepare financial reports PL, Balance Sheet, summaries
Review and validate supporting documentation receipts, invoices, etc.
Identify discrepancies and resolve inconsistencies proactively
Support reporting processes for internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with financial and documentation standards
Communicate with internal teams and U.S.based stakeholders
Handle calls when necessary
What Were Looking For
1 years of experience as a Bookkeeper for US companies REQUIRED
Strong, handson experience with QuickBooks Online MANDATORY
Fully fluent English C1 you will work with U.S. clients
Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles reconciliations, coding, reporting
Advanced Excel skills formulas, data handling, validations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience working with multiple accounts or clients is a plus
