Job description
This position is responsible for gathering essential legal information, assessing client needs, and ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer service skills, empathy, and accuracy while working in a fastpaced legal environment.
Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients to assess their legal needs and determine next steps.
Conduct initial intake interviews to collect key case details and relevant information.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in English and Spanish Creole is a plus.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and intake data.
Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to ensure proper case followup.
Provide empathetic, professional, and supportive client service throughout the intake process.
Requirements
Previous legal assistant experience of at least 1 year.
This is a must It can be Colombian Legal Assistant Experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish Creole is a plus.
English Level B2 or C1.
Law Degree is mandatory.
Ability to accurately document and manage intake information.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Soft Skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Adaptability and problemsolving skills in a fastpaced environment.
Professional demeanor with empathy and emotional intelligence when interacting with clients.
