Accounting Quality Specialist

Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, and reported in compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies. This role supports financial integrity,



regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement across accounting processes within the US GAAP framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Record financial transactions accurately in the general ledger to ensure compliance with accounting standards and reliable financial reporting.
Perform regular account reconciliations and manage audit-ready documentation related to financial controls and compliance processes.
Monitor compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, supporting remediation plans and mitigating financial risks.
Provide documentation and support required for internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory obligations.
Prepare and validate accounting entries in the financial system, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions.
