Were looking for a handson Sales Operator to support the daily sales execution of a fastgrowing logistics tech company. This role is all about doing reaching out, following up, organizing the pipeline, and helping move deals forward alongside the founder.

What youll do
Execute daily outbound outreach email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Identify and qualify potential clients
Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline
Book meetings and drive followups consistently
Support the founder with daytoday sales activities prep, scheduling, next steps
Keep CRM and tracking tools updated and organized
Ensure no opportunities are lost due to lack of followup
What were looking for
3 years of experience in B2B sales outbound lead generation
Proven experience with cold outreach and pipeline management
Strong consistency in daily execution this role is highly activitydriven
Ability to move leads from first contact meeting next step
Excellent English communication written and verbal
Experience with CRM tools HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar
Comfortable using LinkedIn and outreach tools
