Occupancy & Retention Support Agent (Bilingual – English C1)
Solvo General is looking for a detail‑oriented Occupancy & Retention Support Agent to support the Renewals Team with occupancy verification, renewal triggers, and internal escalation workflows. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely occupancy checks that support renewal and move‑out decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor renewal-related triggers (MTM transitions, 7-day silence post-MTM)
- Create and manage Exterior Occupancy Checks in iVueit following SOPs
- Configure surveys, SLAs, Vue windows, photo timestamps, and notifications
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all occupancy orders
- Review iVueit results and route outcomes to Renewals or Move-Outs teams
- Initiate internal escalations and work orders in Ender when required
- Assign work orders to maintenance and document requests clearly
- Maintain accurate logs,



status updates, and documentation
- Support ad hoc administrative retention requests and flag recurring issues

Required Skills
- Bilingual role: Advanced conversational English (C1) required
- Strong attention to detail and process adherence
- Ability to follow SOPs and handle repetitive, time-sensitive tasks
- Comfort working across multiple systems (iVueit, Ender)
- Clear written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines effectively
- Experience in property management, renewals, or administrative support preferred
