We are looking for a
Team Lead
to join our on-site operation in
Barranquilla
and play a key role in leading, supporting, and elevating the performance of a Transportation team.

This is more than a supervisory role — we need a leader who can drive productivity, ensure quality, manage escalations, and coach team members to achieve operational excellence.

What you’ll do:
- Monitor team workflow and distribute tasks efficiently
- Track performance metrics and ensure service quality
- Act as the main point of contact for escalations
- Support the Operations Manager and ensure full operational coverage
- Provide coaching, training sessions, and continuous feedback to the team
- Ensure emails,



requests, and client communications are handled on time
- Promote best practices and a strong team culture

What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years as a Team lead
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Advanced English level
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- A proactive mindset with a passion for team development
- Knowledge or experience in logistics/operations is a plus
