This role provides strategic leadership across multiple operational teams while driving efficiency, financial performance, workforce planning, and client satisfaction.

This individual combines strong business acumen, financial oversight, and client relationship management skills with the ability to develop high-performing leaders and execute operational strategies that support company growth.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.




- 2+ years of experience as a Director of Operations in a BPO environment.
- Proven experience managing operational budgets, workforce planning, forecasting, and financial performance metrics.
- Strong experience leading client-facing operations and serving as an escalation point for executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, process improvements, and performance management initiatives.
- Experience managing large teams through Operations Managers, Senior Operations Managers, or equivalent leadership structures.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to present business insights and operational performance to senior leadership and clients.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 level) is required due to frequent interaction with U.S.-based clients and executive stakeholders.
