Job Description

The
Senior HR Solutions Analyst
is a key individual contributor on the HR Technology team, responsible for translating business and HR operational needs into scalable, compliant, and sustainable technology and process solutions. This role partners closely with HR stakeholders, IT, and vendors to support and optimize HR systems while ensuring data integrity,



consistent processes, and reliable outcomes. The Senior HR Solutions Analyst is expected to manage work with a strong sense of ownership and urgency, including initiating work promptly, meeting deadlines with appropriate lead time for review, and escalating risks early when timelines or quality may be impacted.

This position is well-suited for a senior analyst who is fluent in English, enjoys solving complex problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, and is comfortable flexing between collaborative project work and owning outcomes end-to-end.
