About the Role

As a Remote Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting attorneys with legal drafting, research, document preparation, and case management. This position is adecuado for a proactive, highly organized professional who can work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

You will be entrusted with handling sensitive legal documentation and ensuring cases move forward efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and internal memoranda
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare clear, well-structured written summaries
- Assist attorneys with case development and supporting documentation
- Maintain, organize,



and update case files and legal records
- Track deadlines and ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks
- Communicate professionally with attorneys and internal team members

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in legal research and drafting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple case files and competing priorities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
