Empresa confidencial is a new premium consumer service brand launching in Medellín.

We're in our first 90 days. This is a founding-team hire, not a

corporate role.

The Role

You'll be the most senior person on the ground in Medellín — building

the foundation of the business from zero and running daily operations

through the first six months.

This is not a desk job. You'll be hands-on from week one. By month

six, you'll have built the team and a repeatable playbook.

What you'll own

Partnerships

Identify and onboard local vendor partners that meet our quality standards

Build recurring B2B relationships with hospitality and

property-management operators

Open channels with local communities and businesses that align with

our target customer

Operations





Design and run day-to-day field operations on the ground

Hire and manage a small operations team

Maintain bilingual customer communication standards — fast, premium, error-free

Own quality control and customer issue resolution

Track and report weekly on key business metrics

Building the playbook

Document and systematize what works so it's repeatable

Help shape pricing, packaging, and product decisions as the business evolves

Who you are

Lives in Medellín

Fluent in English and Spanish — professional in both, native or

near-native in at least one

4+ years in operations, hospitality, logistics, or a similar hands-on role

Bonus: experience at an early-stage startup, in hospitality, or

running a small team

Comfortable with ambiguity and rolling up your sleeves — you'll wear

five hats this year

Strong written and verbal communicator
