About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our Colombia-based delivery organization. This role supports a cost-plus, intercompany service model and is key to ensuring accurate financial reporting, disciplined cost management, and alignment with U.S. reporting requirements.

You will play a critical role in driving financial visibility, operational efficiency, and strong financial controls in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the monthly close process and ensure accurate financial reporting in line with IFRS and internal standards
- Oversee the intercompany cost-plus model, including invoicing, cost allocation, and transfer pricing alignment
- Manage treasury operations, including cash flow planning, banking relationships, and funding coordination
- Monitor FX exposure and support financial planning through effective currency management strategies
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, tax obligations, and statutory reporting




- Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and audit requirements
- Drive process improvements, system optimization, and operational efficiencies across finance functions

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA equivalent preferred)
- 5–8+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance
- Strong knowledge of NIIF (IFRS) and the Colombian tax and regulatory environment
- Experience in treasury and cash management, Foreign currency (FX) exposure and analysis, Intercompany and transfer pricing structures and service-based or cost-plus business models
- Experience in multinational or U.S.-based organizations
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and unit economics
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)
- English proficiency: B2 or higher
