WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Ensure platform compliance (proper framing, audio, age-appropriate content)
- Collaborate with creative team to refine edits based on feedback and achieve viral impact
REQUIREMENTS
1. 1–2 years editing short-form content for Instagram/TikTok with portfolio of approved, published reels showing strong engagement and aesthetic quality
2. Fluent in Spanish and English (can interpret creator content, understand briefs, and communicate effectively in both languages)

Expert-level proficiency in CapCut — experience with DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro highly valued; must work on macOS (demonstrates commitment to professional-grade workflow and quality standards)
4. Can identify viral moments and execute polished edits (test: create 1 podcast clip from raw interview in 20 minutes—edited with captions, filters, pacing)
5. Demonstrates creative ownership and aesthetic vision (test: given raw content with no reference, create an original reel in 10 minutes that showcases personal style and connects emotionally with viewers)
