We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and support a high-end travel and hospitality campaign. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in fast-paced environments, we’d love to hear from you
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
- Availability required between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00pm p.m. (schedule assigned within this time frame)
- Monday to sunday 2 days off
Location: Medellín – 100% on-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and chat interactions related to:
- Flight changes, cancellations, and modifications
- General travel inquiries and booking support
- Website and platform troubleshooting
- Deliver a high-touch,
concierge-style customer experience
- Accurately document interactions in CRM systems
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or reservation systems strongly preferred
- Familiarity with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, Worldspan, Expedia) is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills (near-native fluency required)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Experience in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments
