The Position
Empresa confidencial is currently seeking an Account Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our go-to-market strategy, sales,



and business development activities. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of active SMB accounts, ensuring high retention, and driving revenue growth by identifying upselling opportunities within our cutting-edge AI and software development service offerings.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for achieving revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your portfolio of accounts.
- Create and maintain a detailed account plan outlining necessary relationships, opportunities, revenue expectations, and strategies to address potential threats and weaknesses.
- Strategically manage and advance customer relations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, retention, and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Promote our full range of services within the client's organization, ensuring they are aware of the value we can provide.
