Position Summary




Bennett Law Center is seeking an experienced Bilingual Intake Immigration Specialist to serve as the professional, compassionate, and organized first point of contact for individuals seeking immigration support.
This is a remote position. In this role, you will conduct intake calls, gather essential case information, pre-qualify leads, and help prospective clients take the first step toward legal solutions. This position is critical to both the client experience and the firm’s intake process.
The adecuado candidate is detail-oriented, professional, organized, and experienced in handling immigration consultations and prospective client communication.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Collect consultation fees prior to scheduling appointments
- Conduct complete and accurate intake interviews by phone, following established scripts and firm protocols
- Gather pertinent client
