The Accounting Intern - must support to accounting area in daily task as reconciliations, fixed assets, tax local request.

Specific Responsibilities:
Conciliación facturas Dian vs SAP: descargar el listado de la Dian y revisar que todas las facturas estén registradas en el auxiliar de SAP.
Conciliación Banco: revisar que todas las transacciones del banco estén debidamente registradas en SAP y el saldo sea igual.
Conciliación Nomina y prestaciones: Revisar el cierre de la nómina y prestaciones con el saldo en SAP que tengan el mismo saldo.
Revisión asignación facturas activos fijos con centros de costos archivo It.
Realización documentos soporte a las cuentas de cobro y gastos del exterior que no están obligados a factura electrónica.
Organizar base de datos (Número de identificación fiscal, dirección) de los gastos del exterior para la información exógena.
Apoyo en la realización de los impuestos. (Iva, retención en la fuente, ica).

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge in SAP
Understanding of basic accounting principles and processes
Highly organized




Excellent prioritization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Plus to have English intermediate.
