About the Role We are looking for a Senior Microsoft365 Engineer to serve as a key technical owner of our Microsoft 365environment and broader productivity and security ecosystem. Thisrole blends deep platform expertise with a security-first mindsetto ensure our M365 E5 environment is well-governed, secure, andoptimized for how our teams work. You will partner closely with IT,security, and business stakeholders to manage identity, endpoint,and cloud collaboration infrastructure — and play a lead role inmigrations, automation, and platform improvements. What You'll DoAdminister and optimize the full Microsoft 365 E5 suite, includingExchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related servicesManage identity infrastructure using Microsoft Entra ID and ActiveDirectory, including SSO, conditional access, MFA, and lifecyclemanagement Oversee endpoint device management through MicrosoftIntune, with particular focus on Apple (iOS/macOS) and Androiddevice enrollment, compliance, and configuration policies Configureand manage Microsoft security capabilities including MicrosoftDefender for Endpoint (MDE), Microsoft Defender for Identity (MDI),Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (MDCA), and Microsoft PurviewLead and execute migrations from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365,including mailbox, calendar, Drive, and user data migrations Manageenterprise email infrastructure, including Exchange Onlineconfiguration, mail flow rules, and email security protocols (SPF,DKIM, DMARC) Develop and maintain highly scripted, repeatableprocesses to automate administration,



provisioning, and lifecycletasks Support data governance and compliance initiatives usingMicrosoft Purview, including DLP policies, sensitivity labels, andretention policies Collaborate with security and IT teams toenforce RBAC, least-privilege access, and compliance standardsacross the M365 environment Document configurations, runbooks, andprocesses to support operational consistency and knowledge sharingWhat You Bring Deep, hands-on experience administering theMicrosoft 365 E5 suite in an enterprise environment Strongexperience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory foridentity and access management Strong experience with MicrosoftIntune for endpoint management, with demonstrated expertisemanaging Apple (iOS/macOS) and Android devices Strong experienceconfiguring and managing Microsoft security capabilities, includingMDE, MDI, MDCA, and Purview Proven experience leading GoogleWorkspace to Microsoft 365 migrations, including planning,execution, and post-migration support Strong understanding ofenterprise email management and email security protocols (SPF,DKIM, DMARC) Experience with user and data migrations across cloudcollaboration platforms Demonstrated ability to develop scripted,automated, and repeatable processes for M365 administration Strongcommunication skills with the ability to work across technical andnon-technical stakeholders Bonus Points 2+ years of experience withMicrosoft Defender, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and MicrosoftPurview Microsoft 365 Administration Certifications Experience withPowerShell scripting for M365 automation Familiarity withcompliance frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO27001
