Rose Capital Solutions is a U.S.based real estate investment Company.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our remote team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing processes, staying on top of deadlines, and keeping communication flowing between agents, buyers, sellers, and title companies in America

**Responsibilities**
- Manage real estate transaction files from contract to close.
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with all required documents.
- Communicate with agents, clients, title companies, and lenders to keep transactions on schedule.
- Review contracts and coordinate signatures via DocuSign or similar tools.
- Maintain organized digital records in CRM or file management systems.
- Send status updates and reminders to agents and clients throughout each transaction.
- Handle scheduling for inspections, appraisals,



and closings.
- Support administrative tasks related to real estate operations.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English (both written and spoken) — clear and professional communication is critical.
- Prior experience in transaction coordination, or administrative support required.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable using digital tools like Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and transaction software.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
- Ability to work full-time U.S. business hours (EST or CST preferred).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with U.S.based real estate agents or brokerages.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
