Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Growth Manager with a strong background in payments and a proven track record in consultative enterprise sales. The adecuado candidate has experience selling fintech or payment solutions to enterprise clients in Colombia and can build strategic partnerships while influencing senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth in Colombia
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders
- Leverage existing networks in Colombia to generate new business opportunities
- Understand client needs and position cross-border payment solutions effectivelyPresent solutions and value propositions to senior stakeholders
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Compliance, Operations, Customer Success)
- Manage pipeline activity and report on market trends and competition
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Growth within fintech, payments, or financial services
- Strong knowledge of cross-border payments and fintech solutions
- Understanding of Colombia's regulatory environment (SFC, FX controls, licensing)
- Existing network across Colombian enterprises, fintechs, PSPs, banks, or marketplaces
- Proven experience managing enterprise sales cycles
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English
