Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with experience in Niobium / Tantalum to lead field-based extraction and processing operations in a remote alluvial environment.
This role requires strong operational leadership in river or alluvial mining, gravity-based mineral separation, and responsible management of sensitive supply chains. The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in remote site execution, water and environmental controls,



and community-facing operational governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and day-to-day management of alluvial coltan mining operations targeting niobium and tantalum-bearing concentrates.
- Oversee field extraction activities in river-based or alluvial deposit environments.
- Manage mineral processing and concentration systems, including:
- Gravity separation circuits
- Magnetic separation equipment
- Electrostatic separation technologies
- Direct water management systems to ensure operational continuity, environmental compliance, and responsible resource use.
- Ensure safe, efficient operation in remote locations with limited logistics, infrastructure, and supply support.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across mining, processing, maintenance, security, and HSE functions.
